Smash Golf Limited may use your personal details and information obtained from other sources to contact you about our products, services, special offers, customer services, and for research and analysis purposes.

By providing your mobile number or email address, you consent to being contacted by these methods (including SMS).

If you do not wish to be contacted, please request removal of your details by contacting the club.

Booking Conditions

These booking conditions are subject to change at any time.

Accuracy

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information (including pricing) across our website, emails, and promotional materials, errors may occur. You must check the details of your selected tee time (including price) at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before booking. Any price reductions after booking (e.g. special offers) will not apply to confirmed bookings.

Payment

- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments must be made using our secure online system.
- Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Connect.
- No handling fee is applied to credit card payments.

Cancellations / Refund Policy

- More than 28 days before play: Full refund.
- 28 days or less before play: Credit issued (valid for 12 months).
- Failure to cancel: No refund or credit.

Late Arrival / No-Shows

- Players must arrive in good time before their tee time.
- Late arrivals may result in loss of the booked tee time.
- No-shows will be treated as a failure to cancel and are not eligible for refund or credit.

Open Competitions

- Full entry fee is taken at the time of booking.
- Refunds are only available if cancellation is made more than 28 days before the competition date.

Course Closed / Weather

If the course is closed (e.g. due to severe weather), you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to rebook for another date.

Play will continue in most weather conditions unless the course is officially closed. No refunds will be issued for adverse weather unless closure is declared.

Booking Transfer

Bookings are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your tee time to another player (e.g. friend or family member).

On Arrival

- All players must report to the Professional Shop before starting their round.
- Play must only begin from Hole 1.
- Driving range tokens can be purchased from the Professional Shop.
- Club sharing is not permitted.
- A maximum of 4 players per tee time is allowed.

Course Etiquette & Pace of Play

- Players must maintain an appropriate pace of play at all times.
- Groups may be asked to speed up, skip holes, or leave the course if delays occur.
- Players must follow general golf etiquette, including allowing faster groups to play through where appropriate.

Handicaps

- A minimum handicap of 36 is required to play the course.

Buggy Hire

- Golfers must be 18 years or over to hire a buggy.
- All players must sign a buggy health and safety form prior to play.
- The hirer is responsible for the safe use of the buggy and any damage caused during use.
- Buggies must be operated in accordance with course rules at all times.

Behaviour & Alcohol Policy

- All players must behave respectfully toward staff and other customers.
- Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Smash Golf reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the premises without refund.
- Intoxicated players may be refused play.
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas where applicable.

Juniors

- Players under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Juniors must adhere to all course rules and etiquette.

Right to Refuse Admission

Smash Golf reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who breaches these terms and conditions or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Liability

Players use the course and all facilities at their own risk. Smash Golf Limited accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by negligence.

CCTV / Security

CCTV may be in operation at Smash Golf for the purposes of safety and security.

Booking System / Technical Issues

Smash Golf is not responsible for booking errors caused by technical issues. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any problems.

Dress Code

Standard golf dress code applies. The following are not permitted:
- Denim
- Beach shorts
- Football or rugby tops
